A PROPOS Judith Gerstbrein a toujours privilégié l'image aux mots écrits. Elle a approfondi et peaufiné son propre "language" au fil des années. 
Son art met des points d'exclamation et pose des questions, parfois à voix haute, parfois à voix basse.  Mais il ne laisse jamais le spectateur sans émotions. 
Avec structure, texture et haptique, ses oeuvres font apparaître les limites entre fugacité et extrusion, et leur mise au jour. / ABOUT To express herself, Judith Gerstbrein has always preferred image over written word. She has deepened and refined this, her very own „language“ over the years. Her art puts exclamation marks and poses questions, sometimes openly aloud, sometimes in a low voice. But never it will leave the beholder without emotions.
With structure, texture and haptics her works show the edges between transiency and extrusion and their exposing.
